Fighting Resumes in Aleppo as Ceasefire Collapses

Fighting has intensified in Aleppo, Syria, after a ceasefire agreement between the government and Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) collapsed. The Syrian army is battling SDF fighters in the city's Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods, forcing over 162,000 people to flee their homes.

The UN has expressed grave concern over the violence, urging protection for civilians. The clashes come amid stalled talks on integrating SDF forces into the Syrian army, with both sides accusing each other of stalling.

Trump Administration Labels Muslim Brotherhood Branches as Terrorist Organizations

The State Department has labeled the Lebanese branch a foreign terrorist organization, while the Jordanian and Egyptian branches have been listed as specially designated global terrorists for supporting Hamas.
